1. Refund for Student-Initiated Cancellation
* If a student cancels admission before the course begins, only a partial refund will be provided (after deducting administrative and processing charges).
* If the course has already started, the fees become non-refundable.

2. No Refund After Classes Begin
* Once a student has attended even one live class or viewed any recorded class, no refund will be issued.
* Study materials once shared cannot be returned, so refund is not applicable after classes begin.

3. Institute-Initiated Cancellation
If Pandey Academy cancels a batch or course due to any reason:
* A full refund will be provided,
OR
* The student may be shifted to another batch (based on their preference).

4. Special Cases (Subject to Management Approval)
Partial refunds may be considered only under genuine circumstances such as:
* Medical emergencies (with valid proof)
* Relocation to a different city/state (with proof)
* Any other exceptional case at the discretion of the institute
The final decision will rest with Pandey Academy management.

5. Refund Processing Time
* Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
* Refunds will be issued only to the original payment source.
