* Mobile phones should be used only for academic purposes during class.
* In case of network issues during online classes, students must arrange a stable connection.
4. Fees & Payments
* Fees are non-transferable.
* Fees may be paid in advance or as per the installment plan provided by the institute.
* Late payments may attract late fees.
* Non-payment of fees may lead to suspension of classes.
5. Study Material & Content Usage
* All study materials, class videos, tests, and notes are the intellectual property of Pandey Academy.
* Students are not allowed to share, post, distribute, or resell the content in any form.
* Any violation may lead to legal action and termination of admission.

* Student information will be used only for academic communication and internal records.

* Online classes may be recorded for quality and revision purposes.
